BU 101 is a webinar style course that is 12 weeks in length, one hour per week. The course is interactive, thought-provoking, impactful and is designed to benefit any business in the service industry! You can register for either section below, or a class can be customized to best meet your company’s specific needs. BU 101 gets to the heart of what it takes to build and maintain customer loyalty and referrals in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world! The class takes a fresh approach to customer service in the 21st century by providing a pathway filled with tools and strategies to help ensure you are providing exceptionalism at every level of the customer’s experience. The Buyosphere’s Pathway to Exceptionalism has been developed from years of field research and trial in multiple industries and is currently used in hundreds of businesses around the country. The course content for BU 101 is the first step down this pathway! A brief description is below.
CLASS SCHEDULE OPTIONS
Participants choose one of the schedule options below. Both sections provide the same content.
1) BU 101: Customer Service: The Pathway to Exceptionalism Section 7:
This section will meet for one hour at 11:30 Central Time every Tuesday September 19, through December 5. (excluding Thanksgiving week)
2) BU 101: Customer Service: The Pathway to Exceptionalism Section 8:
This section will meet for one hour at 1:00 Central Time every Wednesday, September 20, through December 6. (excluding Thanksgiving week)
Note: Classes are filled in the order they are registered for and will be closed after the maximum number of 10 enrolled students is reached.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation of class registration must be submitted in writing no later than five days before the start of class, in order to receive a refund. A minimum of 5 students must enroll for the course to be held. If a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, a refund will be given.
The cost for each 12 week course is just $500 per student!
Payments can be made via credit card or check by mail. Payment must be received no later than seven days prior to the start of class.
