The Buyosphere is a customer service and sales training program based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Founded in 2008 by Jonnie Wright, The Buyosphere now has a presence in over 30 states, in every region of the country. The Buyosphere program is comprehensive and impactful, proven to increase customer satisfaction, referrals, and profits. Additionally, the program has been proven to improve company culture, employee satisfaction and retention, and owner fulfillment!
The Buyosphere offers several options for the benefit of your company:
1) Full-Immersion Coaching
Our full-immersion clients receive the maximum benefit from our program, because they receive the “Cadillac” of all training programs! They have full access to our complete menu of services which include weekly individualize one-on-one coaching sessions, management and ownership coaching, phone call collection and analysis service, recruiting services, marketing services, and MUCH more!

2) Buyosphere University
We are very excited to offer this off-shoot of our Full-Immersion Buyosphere customer service coaching program, which consists of courses we’ve established from the massive amount of training material we have developed over the years.
Led by our on-staff Licensed Teacher, Lorri Cooper, Buyosphere University was launched as an affordable way to provide you and your employees with quality customer service, sales, and phone coaching.
The courses are divided into 12 week segments. Classes meet weekly, and each session lasts 60 minutes, with small class sizes of 10 or less. Classes meet “live” via webinar. Trainees will be given handouts and takeaways each week along with small “homework” assignments. At the end of 12 weeks, trainees will be given a Certificate of Completion.

3) In-Person Staff Training: individual, small group, or all-staff
Our dynamic staff of customer service and sales coaches are available to your company to teach half-day, full-day, or multiple days of in-service to your team of superheroes! The in-service topics are individualized based on your team’s needs. We have taught teams how to see themselves as the customer service superheroes they are, how to improve team dynamics and communication, how to increase sales, how to be more effective leaders, how to hold yourself and others accountable, how to live a more joyful and fulfilled life, and much more!
We have an experienced certified DiSC trainer on staff who is available to analyze and coach on how to maximize the effectiveness of working with and managing all personality types.

4) Motivational Speaking
The Buyosphere Team has had the honor of speaking at many conferences such as NAPA EXPO 2015 in Las Vegas, Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, High Tech Vision Expo in Kansas City, Story County in Nevada, Iowa, RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts in Iowa, Iowa’s Area Education Agency in Johnson, Iowa, to name a few.
