About Buyosphere University

Welcome to Buyosphere University!

We are very excited to offer you this off-shoot of our “full immersion” Buyosphere customer service coaching program, which consists of courses we’ve developed from the massive amount of training material we have compiled over the years.

Led by our full time team of Buyosphere coaches, Buyosphere University is being launched as a more affordable way to provide you and your employees with quality customer service, sales and phone coaching.

The courses are divided up into 12 week segments. Classes meet weekly, and each session will last 60 minutes, with up to 10 trainees in a session. Classes will meet via “dial in” conference call. Trainees will be given handouts and takeaways each week along with “homework” assignments. At the end of 12 weeks, trainees will be given Certificates of Completion.


The first course is called “Building the Superhero Service Advisor.” It is the perfect refresher course for those who have previously been in our program. It is a wonderful introduction for Service Advisors, front counter and support staff who need those exceptional phone and customer service skills. It is also a great class for owners.

Other courses focus on converting price shoppers into customers, how to best present the work, how to handle objections, building the company brand, employee/customer conflict management, building greater accountability within the shop, creating an exceptional culture, improved leadership/mentoring, maximizing marketing, how to recruit superheroes, harnessing the power of social media, succession planning and building more locations.

All courses are taught by coaches who had successful careers as Service Managers and owners as well as a certified teacher who spent 20 years teaching at every level of education, childhood to adult learning.
